Friends of Springfield Community Park Nature Area

In the first two weeks of April TCV volunteers completed the installation of the new pond, dipping platform and surrounding dead hedge. Thanks so much to everyone who worked so hard, but also thanks to the lovely Friends of Springfield Park Nature Area. Everyone who popped in was nice and made us feel welcome.

It was great to see the pond area go in. This is all part of a join project with TCV, Haringey Council and Friends of Springfield Park Nature Area. The next part of the project will be to install some information boards about the wildlife of the park.
